Pump test run on Friday was with one actuator, running .19 Hz, and 29.4 inch DA.
Pump flow on outward stroke was 146 GPM, return flow was 99.8 GPM, for an average pump flow of 122.9 GPM. The pump temperature was about 135 F with 2700 psi, and I believe it went to about 140 when Rod set pressure to 3000 psi. (Rod has final data.)

Rod and I increased the fan speed on one cooler, since it was running at 1/2 speed. The temperature was running at 150 F at 2700 psi, prior to the adjustment in speed.

John, it looks like we need double the cooling capacity. I think we were close to max. capacity of the existing cooler when running 122.9 GPM.
We plan to set up second actuator on Monday, so we can run two actuators using approx. 245 GPM average flow from the pump. Tom Kaufman
